This policy explains how returns and refunds work for PullNGo orders.
PullNGo products are sold by PullNGo Company (شركة بولنقو), a Limited Liability Company registered in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia — Commercial / Unified Registration Number 7054513481.
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition and packaging.
Contact us at sales@pullngo.store or on WhatsApp at +966 53 355 1646 with your order details to arrange a return.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, an approved refund is issued by the agreed method. When online payment becomes available, refunds will be returned to the original payment method.
Bulk and custom facility orders may have different return terms, which are confirmed in your quote.
